Datuk Seri Najib Razak during the tabling of the 2010 Budget in Parliament here said the government, in a bid to develop Iskandar Malaysia, will impose an income tax rate of 15% for workers residing there.

The lower tax rate, however, will not be enjoyed by workers in other parts of Malaysia though Najib did announce a 1 per cent reduction in income tax rate from the initial 27 per cent. Is this disparity in accordance to the spirit of 1Malaysia?

Should those Malaysians currently working in singapore come back to serve in Iskandar?
(Hint: 1 S$ = RM2.4 exchange rate).

The move, said the prime minister, aims to attract local and foreign talent as well as accelerate the development of the southern economic corridor

Teori

Sekitar pertengahan 1990-an, muncul satu teori dan penemuan baru mengenai punca penyakit kronik, tetapi ditolak kebanyakan saintis.

Mengapa?

LIES IT IS JUST A MATTER OF TIME. ONE DAY IT WOULD REVEAL THE TRUTH. HIDING THE IDENTICAL TRUTH IS SHORT TERM WHILE AT THE SAME TIME ERODING THE RESPECT.
TALK ABOUT TETUAN. HISTORY IS NOW BRINGING OUT MORE EVIDENCE TO PROOF WHO IS THE ACTUAL TETUAN.Why Kota Gelanggi (lost city) touted as earliest civilization in Malay Peninsula news were banned as they were Buddhist

Subject: A small piece of History for our future generation

The Johor find of 2005 which was quietly dropped was none other than Kota Gelanggi lost city reflecting Srivijaya and its Buddhist splendour. But they deliberately disregarded it because that would have sidelined Malacca Empire and Islam which was smaller and came some 500 years later.

I met Dr Lee Kam Hing, a former History prof at MU in Singapore recently at a seminar. Dr Lee, who is now Star research director, told me he was trying his best to highlight Kota Gelanggi, but that the govt killed it off.

This is clearly another case to cover up the real history of Malaya and fool the younger generations into believing that our history only began from Malacca 1400.. Not only that, they try to show Parameswara as Malay and Muslim, but actually he was Hindu! If one were to condemn these UMNO scumbags on how they distort history, it will never end….the condemnations will more than cover 10 PhD thesis!

Hitler’s public relations manager, Goebbels, once said, ‘ If you repeat a lie often enough, it becomes the truth.’ Once again our government wiped out any references to a famous Melaka prince as being Hindu and belonging to the powerful Hindu empire Sri Vijaya.

So all of a sudden our museums, school text-books etc. all refer to Parameswara as a Malay prince. What race ruled or did not rule is besides the point. What is important is not butchering history to create your own truths.You cannot change your race even if you convert - Parameswara could have been responsible for Umno’s proud heritage of ‘ Ketuanan Melayu ‘. If this is what it is based on, there is no ‘ Ketuanan Melayu ‘.

The lineage of Melaka Sultans are Indians, not Malays. It is no secret that Parameswara was an Indian and a Hindu prince. It is clear from records that Parameswara never converted to Islam. He was an Indian Hindu who fled Palembang in Sumatra to eventually found Melaka circa 1400 AD. It was Sri Maharaja who converted himself and the
court of Melaka to Islam, and as a result took on the name of Sultan Muhammad Shah sometime after 1435.

The most famous of Indian Hindu Kings were Raja Chola and his son Rajendra Chola who invaded Southern Thailand, Kedah, Perak, Johor and Sumatra about 1000 AD. This is Raja-raja Chola - the Indian/Hindu kings and not Raja Chulan - a Malay king.

But what is really sad is that our children are taught as though Malaysian history suddenly began in 1400 with an Islamic Melaka. We are led to believe that the Indians and Chinese first arrived on the shores of Malaysia in about 1850 as desperate indentured labourers, farmers and miners . Nothing could be further from the truth.

The cultural influences of India in particular, and China, in South East Asia span over 2,000 years, starting with the arrival from India of the Brahmanical prince/scholar - Aji Saka in Java in AD78, through to Vietnam, Cambodia (Indo China), Thailand, Burma, Indonesia, Bali, Borneo, Brunei and beyond.

The findings at Bujang Valley speak of an ancient Indian/Hindu presence in Kedah. There were Chinese settlements in Pahang and Kelantan around the 13th -14th century and in 12th century in Singapore .

The early Brunei Sultanate had a Chinese Queen. One need not ponder at length the implications of Angkor Wat and Borobudur or that 40%-50% of Bahasa Malaysia comprises Sanskrit/Tamil words.

To illustrate, some of these word are :

bumi = boomi
putra = putran
raja = rajah
desa = thesam
syakti = sakthi
kolam = kulam
bahaya = abahya
jaya = jeya

maha = maha
aneka = aneha
nadi = naadi
kedai = kadai
mahligai = maaligai
mantra = manthrum
tandas = sandas
(This list can go on)

An extremely important archeological find that pointed to one of the greatest empires in history - the Raja Cholan empire that ruled from the Maldives through India, Sri Lanka and right down to South East Asia found deep in the jungles of Johor a few years ago and made headlines in the mainstream newspapers in 2005, suddenly disappeared from the news…..

The time has arrived for us to record our history as the facts tell us and not as we would like to wish it. The truth will never hurt anyone. Lies, always will…..

CCTV camera records Mat Rempit attack

VIOLENT crime in progress: These pictures tell how 14 Mat Rempit ganged up to beat and rob five women during an early morning fuel stop in Bangsar.

A CCTV surveillance camera captured the attack on the three sisters and two of their cousins at the Shell petrol station in Jalan Bangsar.

Traumatised, they have vowed never to go to a petrol station again after dark..

Twelve young thugs, on six motorcycles, were said to be ‘hovering around the station’ while a pair on another motorcycle filled up as the women drove in about 3.30am on Saturday.

They were on their way home after a function in Puchong. Sisters Uma Munusamy, 33, Chittra, 32, and Latha, 31, were to drop off cousins Ragas Letchumanan, 28, and Komala, 20, at their Bangsar home when they decided to stop for fuel.

They drove up to a pump at the station. Latha went to the window counter to pay, while Chittra, who was driving, got out to fill up. That was when the Mat Rempit, who had been noisy and boisterous, moved in, as if acting on cue.

One thug attacked Latha, splashing a can of ‘Red Bull’ energy drink on her face.. The sweet-sour liquid stung her eyes, temporarily blinding her as the thug pushed her down, hit her with the drink can and snatched her gold chain and handphone.

Another three dashed to the car to attack the others.

‘We were in fear.. We thought that we had been splashed with acid, as the liquid they threw on our faces really stung,’ said Uma, recalling the attack.

The women screamed for help, but none arrived. The petrol station workers were safe and sound, inside the premises, where the doors had been locked at midnight.

‘The workers just stood there, watching,’ said Latha.

At the car, the Mat Rempit ordered the girls to hand over their valuables and handphones.

One of them just couldn’t wait. He yanked Uma’s gold bracelet off one wrist and at the same time snatched the handphone she held in the other hand.

Despite fearing for their lives, the girls put up a fight, trying to prevent the robbers from getting away with their belongings. The scuffles only led to injuries, but fortunately, minor ones.

Ragas was hit on the head several times, while Chittra sustained injuries on her neck and right arm, besides suffering an injury to the lower lip… She was then beaten up with a soda can.

‘The whole incident really traumatised us but what was worse was the fact the workers did not even bother to help,’ said Uma.

This is one nightmare they do not ever want to experience again. And, for them at least, no more filling up fuel at night, or stopping anywhere either during the wee hours. Their total loss: RM3,000 in cash and valuables.

The five made a report at the Brickfields police station soon after recovering from the shock of the attack. Police said they are investigating, and have yet to identify the culprits.

The women also expressed their frustration over the Mat Rempit menace. ‘So much has been said, so much anger and frustration has been expressed over these motorcycle thugs… but yet they seem to be having a free run,’ said Chittra.

Their only hope is that justice will be done, that the CCTV images captured by the surveillance camera will lead to arrests and conviction.

As some of you may know, we had a pretty scary incident recently. Attached are pictures of what remains of our 2007 Suburban. We are all okay but I wanted to warn everyone not to make the same mistake I did.

This fire resulted from leaving an Iphone charger/docking station plugged into the car outlet. It overheated and started a fire, while parked in our garage. PLEASE unplug anything you have in your car outlets once you turn off your car!

We were VERY fortunate that we accidentally found the fire, at 11pm, before going to bed and before it spread to the house. None of our garage heat detectors or house fire alarms went off (another item to take care of on my to do list). The boys, Jonathan and I were pretty freaked out but we’re all enjoying our new car at least.

Feel free to pass this along to anyone you want. Better safe than sorry.

WATCH OUT ON THIS……Dear all

I cannot stop myself from sharing this with all of you. Its all started when I received a call from someone claimed that he was from Maxis asking me to shutdown phone for 2 hours, for 3G update to take place. As I was rushing for a meeting, I did not question any shutdown my cell phone.

After 45 minutes I feel very suspicious since the caller did not even introduce his name. I quickly turned on back my cell phone back and I received several numbers of call; few
numbers from my family members and the other numbers was from the number that call me before; 3954380.

I called my parents and I was shocked that they sounded very worry asking me whether I am safe. My parents told me that they received a call from someone claimed that they have me with them and asking for money to let me free. The call was so real and my parents even heard my voice crying out loud asking for help. My parent was at the bank waiting
for next call to proceed for money transfer. I told my parents that I am safe and asking them to lodge a police report.

Right after that I received again call from the guy asking me to shutdown my cell phone for another 1 hour which this time I refused to do so and hung up. They keep calling my
cell phone until the battery run down. I myself lodge a police report and was informed by the officer that this kind of scam always reported. MOST of the cases reported
that the victim already transferred the money! And it is impossible to get back the money. Bank can only returned back the money if the owners of the account agree to do so or there is a court order.

Guys, be careful that this kind of scam might happened to any of us!!!

Those guys are so professional and very convincing during calls. If you asked to shutdown your cell phone for updates by the service provider, ASK AROUND! Your friend should
receive the same call.

Any Customer Service should introduce their NAME AT THE BEGINNING of the call. Ignore them if you don’t get a name at the beginning of the call.

If you received instructions from unrecognized number/person that you are not sure, make your own judgment. The BEST is DO NOT RESPONSE.

If you cannot pickup your loved one’s call, DO GIVE A CALLBACK immediately! Update your loved one with ALTERNATE CONTACT wherever you are.

If you think you are SMART that you cannot be cheated, You are wrong!

Be Safe and Stay Alert!
